Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our procedures around setting up and taking down will need to change. We are in the process of finalising our risk assessments and putting processes in place to protect the welfare of all volunteers, members and committee. Updated information will be published in due course and will be updated in line with changing national or regional legislation as well as in compliance with our governing body.
Set up
We need your help to set up and take down equipment for the shows. Without volunteers, the shows cannot run.
The setup takes place on the showground from 6pm the Friday before each show (unless otherwise advertised). We generally require at least 15 people to set up.
If you can spare some time to help it will be very gratefully received. You will also receive a voucher for a free class on show day, so it helps you save some money too!
It can also be good fun and sociable, as you get to meet and chat to other club members, and get a sneak preview of the courses!
If you would be able to give up some of your time please do come along.
Take Down
After the show, we need help to take down the fences and show rings.
